An AI receptionist in development for clinics. Orla is designed to answer incoming calls, handle appointment enquiries and hand over cleanly to the clinic team, so a busy practice stops losing bookings to a ringing phone.

Where it stands
The marketing site and the Missed Call Audit are live. Multi-tenant foundations, row-level security, magic-link sign-in, the operator app shell and Records are built. The voice platform is the next phase and is not built yet; it waits on an accent-validation spike with Irish callers.

Orla is built to hand a call to the clinic team, never to make clinical decisions or decide who gets an appointment.
Cheap to rename, hard to leak
Brand strings live in one file. Tenant isolation is enforced by the database, not by remembering to add a WHERE clause.
Orla answers the phone. Orla Health runs the practice.
