How we handle your enquiry.
Relay Labs Ltd (“Relay Labs”, “we”) is an independent digital studio based in Dublin, Ireland. This notice explains what happens to the information you send us through this website.
What we collect
When you use the enquiry or workflow-review forms we store the answers you give, your name, email address and, where provided, your phone number and business name. We also record the page the form was sent from, the referring site and any campaign labels in the link you followed (for example utm_source), the time of submission and a hashed form of your IP address used only to limit abuse.
Why we collect it
To assess your request, reply to you and manage any conversation or project that follows. Our legal basis is the steps taken at your request before entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in running the studio and protecting the website from spam.
Where it goes
- Enquiries are stored in a database on servers we control, hosted in the European Union.
- A notification is emailed to the studio and a confirmation is emailed to you through our email delivery provider.
- We do not sell your information, use it for marketing lists or share it with third parties beyond the providers needed to run the site.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and, where a project follows, for the life of that relationship plus the period required by Irish company and tax law. Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted or anonymised within 24 months.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our processing. Email tomislav@relaylabs.ie. You also have the right to complain to the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).
Please don’t send
Patient records, passwords, payment details or confidential information about third parties. Describe processes in general terms; we will ask for detail securely if a project proceeds.
Cookies
This website sets no analytics or advertising cookies. The admin area, used only by Relay Labs staff, uses a session cookie to keep you signed in.
